Now regarding the Colleges that you may have a shot at, with an All India rank of less than 500, you should not opt for Management Quota seats in Private Medical Colleges. You will get GMCs of Karnataka through All India Counselling, Institutions like AIIMS, MAMC, AFMC, etc. 662 is an awesome score that can get you Govr. Medical Colleges of almost all seats.
