You can get admission by applying for the entrance exam or you select one govt college you go for spot councilling in that college they will say you when the spot councilling date.
Polytechnic is also known as the Diploma course. For getting admission on the basis of 10th, you must have to clear JET (Joint Entrance Test) of your state. JET is a type of Diploma Entrance Test which will make you eligible for taking admission in any Diploma course.
