Dear Abhishek, now even Management quota seats are filled through State Counselling. So to be able to seek admission in Chattisgarh Private College, you should hold domicile of Chattisgarh. And the other way is to wait until all the rounds of Counsellubg have been over. The unfilled seats then are filled through direct admission by contacting the College administration.
