Admission into any government/private medical college will be through NEET and there is no management quota now.

You'll have to give the NEET exam and score at least 50 percentile marks (for general category) to be eligible for the admission process and then on the basis of your rank, you can opt for the institute.

There are many private colleges in Maharashtra like DY Patil, Bharati Vidyapeeth etc that you can choose from.
