Hi,

Under all india quota 15% of all india quota seats, all the seats of deemed universities as well as central universities are filled by the DGHS.

The 85% state quota seats as well as those of private colleges are filled through the state authorities.

So if you are seeking admission in private colleges then you need to apply for state counselling.

Government seats in private colleges are those seats in which only the respective state candidate can get admission.

For candidates of other states they can try for management quota seats by directly contacting the college concerned.
