Dear Rohan, lets say for example if you belong to Tamilnadu and you want to apply for Private Medical Colleges in Tamilnadu, you need to attend Tamilnadu State Counselling. You will be eligiblentonapplynfor Government Quota of Private Medical Colleges of Tamilnadu.  But if you want to apply for Government Quota in Private Medical Colleges of Karnataka, you can only apply through their Management Quota. This is because Private Medical Colleges do not participate in All India Counselling and only participate in State Counselling. And State Counselling is strictly for those candidates who hold the domicile of that particular State. The only way to apply for Private Medical Colleges of other States is through their Management Quota.
