Dear Abhinav,
The candidate must have passed the 12th (10+2) with PCM or the 10th (3+3) with mathematics from a recognized board.
Candidates Appearing in Qualifying Exams: Candidates who appear in qualifying exams will be eligible to apply for the NATA 2022 entrance exam. Such candidates must pass their qualifying examination and provide proof of completion at the time of admission.
Percentage Criteria: Candidates must have obtained a minimum of 50% aggregate in their qualifying examination and 50% marks in PCM. SC, ST, OBC-NCL, and PwD (Persons with Disabilities) candidates receive a 5% relaxation.
Subjects: Physics, chemistry, and mathematics are required subjects in the qualifying examination for all applicants.
Humanities Candidates: Candidates from the arts stream are also eligible to apply if they have passed the CBSE physics, chemistry, and mathematics exams.
I Hope this helps.
Best of Luck!
HI STUDENT
I THINK you're asking about the eligibility criteria for the NATA test.
NATA measures the aptitude of the applicant for a specific field of study, i.e. Architecture, through assessment of cognitive skills, visual perception and aesthetic sensitivity tests, logical reasoning and critical thinking ability, etc., besides the learning that the candidate has acquired over the past few years and is related to the specific field of study.
To give a NATA admission test, a candidate must be 10+2 or equivalent passed/ appearing; 10+3 Diploma (any stream) passed/appearing recognized by Central/State Government; International Baccalaureate Diploma passed/appearing, after ten years of schooling.
