Hello
There are colleges that provide offline as well as online admission so if its an offline admission then its directly from the university and if its an online admission then you can fill up the form from anywhere.
For offline admission you need to go to the campus for filling up the form,the online application form can be filled from your place.

can you pls specify the college name that you want to take admission.
general, in India, there are both modes available for admission - offline and online.you can take admission in any of mode.
