how to get admission on diploma course

Hi there , if your last qualification is 10th class then you can easily take admission in diploma courses that are offered  by LPU . The list is as follows -

• Computer Science and Engineering (CSE)
• Mechanical Engineering (ME)
• Civil Engineering (CE)
• Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE)
• Management
• MLT or Paramedical Sciences or Embryology
• Architecture
• Design
• Fashion Design

There is a good news that you don't need to qualify any entrance test . For admission , you must pass your last qualification with minimum 50% . If  you want to get scholarship in programme fees , then you can apply for LPUNEST test .

Eligibility to apply for diploma courses are those who passed 10th std , with compulsory pass in maths and science subjects in the qualifying examination ( X ) class marks , admission in Diploma Engineering courses shall be made on the basis of merit of secondary school examination (X) , or equivalent qualifying mark

To apply for diploma course you will have fill the application form of department of Technical education , of each state , issues the official notification for admission in different diploma courses in the official websites , students must visit the official website of the Department of Technical education and fill the application form in online mode

In some states there are also exam for Diploma courses like DCET conducted by Karnataka state

You need the minimum qualification for the admission into a diploma course is passing of the Secondary (10th) School Leaving Certificate (SSLC) / tenth Standard/ equivalent Examination. And one more thing is you need 35% marks in Science and Math both subjects. The minimum age to get admission is 14years.
