For admission in IIIT Hyderabad on the basis of jee mains score, you need to score enough to clear the cut off. IIIT Hyderabad has its own admission procedure and counselling process. You need to apply for it separately. The application form is expected to release in the month of June. The application form fee through jee mains is Rs. 1500.
