You can get good BBA colleges after 12th.For some you have to clear exam and for some you can join with your 12th marks.
As I was an BBA aspirant,I can tell you some best colleges and their respective exams.
- IPM IIM Indore- (Exam-IPMAT)
- Christ University- (Exam-CUET)
- Symbiosis International University (Exam-SET)
- Delhi University- (Exam-DUJAT/Merit List)
- Indraprasth University- (Exam- IPUCET)
- Nirma Univeristy- (Exam-IPMAT)
You can prepare for this exam after 12th,either you can join any coaching(Will help you guide how to crack these exams.And I will prefer T.I.M.E for IPM/BBA exams) or you can study at home(Buy books related to the course)or you can take online classes(As now there are many sites which provides online education for these exam).

You can prepare for UGAT examination for admissions in BBA.
It is conducted by All India management association.
It is a 3 hours test, consisting on MCQs based on Aptitude.
Exam will be in May 2020.
You must have completed your 10+2 in any stream from a recognised board to be eligible for this examination.
