Apply individually for the institution and then at time of counselling present them a valid score card they need.

you can apply offline or online process. application form will be available at the official website. Institution accept valid score of mhcet and qualification exam class 12 from mharastra board or any other higher secondary education or it's equivalent exam . hope this will help you .
