To get placed in ISRO after 10th is not possible as you need to have minimum degree of an undergraduate course of space science.
For getting in ISRO you should have studied intermediate with subjects such as physics and maths or PCM and you should get minimum of 75% above.
Then you should give the national entrance exam i.e., JEE mains and advanced and you should get the highest rank possible to get admission into IIST i.e., Indian Institution of Space Science and Technology where you could study in any stream you want.
Then you get placed in the ISRO if you get CGPA above 8. There is minimum of 80 students placed in the ISRO. Other students might get places in other sectors.
