How to get into top colleges for btech in merit that is less fees?

There are some private colleges or universities take admission for B tech courses without entrance examination. But taking admission without entrance examination in private colleges or universities for BTech courses can you should have highest marks in 12 science examination that is at least above 75%. And the colleges which take admission without entrance examination some of them also have a system  of less fees structure. Name of the BTech colleges or universities which has a less fees less than 1 lakh or to excess of 1 lakh rupees- SRM University Chennai -fees 2 lakhs,

Sathyabama University-private University in Chennai _ fees 1lakh

Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology Kolkata - fees 1.92 lakh rs .

BITS Pilani Rajasthan- fess for 1&2 semester 1.78.lakhs admission fee 34800 rupees.

Aliah University Kolkata - fees 0.52 lakh rs,The above

Mentioned University and colleges for B tech courses has the lowest fees in India.
