In order to get a job in ISRO after aeronautical engineering, you will have to answer an entrance exam conducted by ISRO. If you are shortlisted, then you will be called for a personal interview.Therefore, it is necessary that you know everything about ISRO, so that it becomes easier for them to select you. Since the chances of getting selected are very tough, you can still go through some online courses and know more abut what ISRO is and what kind of recruitment they need and accordingly prepare yourself.
Job in ISRO can be achieved by either cracking ICRB exam which is for graduates, or you may take M.Tech in some of the specialization course, which is in high demand in ISRO, in colleges from where ISRO recruits directly such as IIST or ICRB. Or you may apply as an individual candidate that is go for an off campus placement, having some experience would be beneficial.
