The Directorate of Minorities Department is the concerned department for the issuance of Karnataka minority certificate. The applicant requesting for the minority certificate have to apply to the Tahsildar of the concerned district which is the competent authority.

You can get your linguistic minority certificates by The Head of the concerned institution and countersigned by the Block Education Officer. You can issued from the Tehasildar officer as per as government orders. Follow are the documents required for minority certificate in Karnataka.

  1. School certificate.
  2. Ration card.
  3. Identity card.
  4. Proof of caste/community.
  5. Self-declaration.
