So, yes you can get seat in the self financing medical colleges of Tamil Nadu through NEET exam, eventhough if you are not a resident of Tamil Nadu. You did not mention your score, and if you had done it, it would be easy for me to shortlist the colleges.
However, these are some of the self-financing medical college sin Tamil Nadu:
1. Christian MEDICAL College, Vellore
2. SRM medical College Hospital and Research Center
3. SRMCRI, Chennai
4. PSG Institure or Medical Sciences and Research, Coimbatore
5 Velammal Medicla college Hospital and Research Center, Madhurai
