Follow the steps below:

  • Register using UID number  - This creates user id and password by verifying UID. After completing eKYC, download your information and save it in user profile.
  • Self-register - You should complete form details by creating profile with OTP verification on registered mobile number.
  • Fill out these details 1. Application Detail 2. Address 3.Mobile No. & Username Verification 5.Upload Photograph 6.Identity Proof 7.Address Proof
  • Click Register
  • In the Login section, enter the login credentials and select the district from the drop-down list. Click Login that directs to the portal for application.
  • Select Revenue Department and click Non-Creamy Layer service.
  • The application form for the Non-Creamy Layer certificate appears. Enter the required details and click submit. Upload neccessary documents and make payments.

Thus, you will get non creamy layer certificate with register number.
