Hello,
The Department of Health of Jharkhand has not released much information about the registration process on its official website. Since you have completed your MBBS from any other state then you must register with State Medical Council of that state from where you have completed your MBBS and must ask for No Objection Certificate. After submitting your NOC to the Jharkhand State Medical Council you can start with the registration process.
Also, you will have to show your resident proof. For more queries, you can contcat the State Medical Council.
Good Luck!
