Hope you are doing great as per the question asked by you, as per the prospectus given by the government you need to visit nearest school or revenue department of native jurisdiction for getting Telegu minority certificate. If you are able to speak local linguistic language or mother tongue then you can certainly claim Linguistic Minority seats.
