how to go away from aloneness if I don't have some good frends I am jee aspirant . Aisi baat nhi hai ke padhta nhi hu bahot padhta bhi hu per kahi n kahi akela pan mehsus hota hai aur kabhi kabhi to alag hi kyal ate hai for ex. related to girls and etc. plz tell me how I entertain myself

Hello Aspirant,

JEE preparation took a lot of time. You have to give ample time to do preparation. Also, as JEE is tough and you need to be stay motivated. Also, while preparing for the exam, you may even feel loneliness, which is natural while preparing for such exam. Now, to stay motivated and stay energetic, you should spend some time after doing your studies for any activity. Indoor / Outdoor activities help to remove your stress. If you feel lonely, talk to your family. They gave you emotional support which will generally help you. Play any game which you like for stress buster. Doing such things in between studies helps you in concentrating on your studies and you can prepare well for exams.

Hi aspirant!!

I want to tell you one thing that being a jee aspirant is not mean that you don't have life you just have to study whole day. No, don't be so harsh on your self. What you can do is that you can do some outdoor sports whatever you like and engage yourself in you hobbies what it is.

Do the things which make you happy and trust me you don't feel alone and offcourse spend quality time with you family talk to them it this will help you alot .

Hello,

The main thing  you can do to keep your mind off from such things is to engage your self in some sport, either indoor or outdoor. YOu can also pick up some hobbies and engage your self in that, like reading or painting.

Also give more attention to your health and fitness. And just as importance as studies, spending time with your family and friends is also important. This will help you get away from such negative thoughts.
