AIIMS MBBS 2020 exam has been replaced by NEET . The exam will be managed by AIIMS , New Delhi. Therefore , you need to give NEET 2020 for admission in AIIMS if you want to go for MBBS. Since , AIIMS , Delhi is one of the best institute for medical then its cut off would be higher you have to score 690 + for admission in this college.
AIIMS also provide BSc in paramedical course so you can go for it also it also requires entrance exam.

To get admission into AIl India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), Delhi, you need to give NEET-UG exam which is conducted for admission in various medical colleges for MBBS courses. As per last year's data analysis, you need to get a percentile score above 98.2 to get a MBBS seat in AIIMS and a rank under AIR 30 for AIIMS, Delhi considering that you belong to general category.
