AIIMS MBBS 2020 exam has been replaced by NEET . The exam will be managed by AIIMS , New Delhi. Therefore , you need to give NEET 2020 for admission in AIIMS if you want to go for MBBS. Since , AIIMS , Delhi is one of the best institute for medical then its cut off would be higher you have to score 690 + for admission in this college.

AIIMS also provide BSc in paramedical course so you can go for it also it also requires entrance exam.
