You need to select and cheerypick questions to get good score within kess time.
Hence, its advised to have accuracy and watch atleast one news channel everyday plus one newspaper evwryday.
You wont get accuracy by leaving questions, try to solve all problems initially and where you go wrong solve such questions more to make your weaknesses redundant, once you do that your confidence will boost miles away. Secondly, give maximum mock tests and make sure you dont repeat same mistakes again. once you're done with that you can then choose and select certain questions in final CAT exam to score great percentile wiyhin less amount of time for maximum accuracy. All the best for future endeavors.

Verbal Ability Section in CAT consists of Reading Comprehension, Jumbled Sentences, Sentence completion, Summary related questions and Grammar/Vocab based questions.
Since CAT is near I would recommend you the following:
1) Understand the context of the question and answer accordingly.
2) Compare options and eliminate the unlikely ones.
3) Try to understand the vocabulary involved in the questions and interpret the contextual meaning.
4) Practice sectional tests and analyse your weak areas.
5) Choose your questions smartly. Look for easy and moderate questions.
