how to initiate the refund process for csab 2020

Dear student,
The refunds for the JoSAA and CSAB rounds related to NIT+ System was initiated from 15th December 2020 ( as per the information given on csab official site ).
But, as per my knowledge of was not initiated yet because if initiated then many of the candidates would have got the refunded amount by now.
And still there is no updates by csab boards about the refunds.
You can also refer to JoSAA Business rule and CSAB information brochure carefully to assess their eligibility for refunds. The amount will be refunded in the account for which the details had already been provided by the candidates during the registration process.
Also note that you will not get any refund if you have got allotted any seat in 2nd round and you have not accepted it.
And If you are eligible for refund and you still not get any refund then write a email to csab help desk and raise this issue.

See, if the refund proces is initiated, it generally takes very less time. but in some cases it can take up to 1 month also.
on csab site the information is given of 15th December, but still there are lots of students who didn't get refund. So, this draws two conclusions - 1. either the refund process has not been initiated or 2. it is taking time.
