Gain complete knowledge of college from where you want to persue MS in aerospace engineering, example : IISc banglore provide Mtech program in aerospace engineering for ME, CS, EC, ECE, etc departments... Other IITs also provide the same, IVY LEAGUE universities etc..
eligibilty criteria for MS program in Aerospace engineering according to your desired college, it may vary college to college like in India you gone through GATE/college written + PI ( for IISc, IITs, IIST) , for foreign universities you need GRE, ILETS/TOFEL, research papes, expense, PI
