For CMC Vellore, from 2016 onwards, you need to appear for NEET and for the counselling of CMC Vellore and on the basis of your rank, you will be provided the college if you are deserving.

Hon'ble Supreme Court give the next date of hearing on case of CMC vellore 10 January 2018.
Nothing Much can be said in this regard at present. In next hearing too, SC might give ots verdict or just give another date.
I would like ot suggest you to focus on your preparation of NEET so that a good marks can be scored which would be quite enough for you to grab a well reputed medical college og your choice. And if your only college of choice is CMC, Vellore... then ... Hope for the Best and Prepare for the Worst.

The candidate must have passed in the subjects of Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Bio-technology and English individually and must have obtained a minimum of 50% marks taken together in Physics, Chemistry and Biology/ Bio-technology at the qualifying examination. For candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribes or Other Backward Classes, the marks obtained in Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Bio-technology taken together in qualifying examination must be minimum 40% Further, for persons for locomotor disability of lower limbs, the minimum of 45% marks for General-PH and 40% marks for SC-PH/ST-PH/OBC-PH are required.
