A student is eligible to join in polytechnic courses only if that particular candidate has passed class 10th or 12th in Maths, Science and English.
The candidate should attend the entrance exam in order to get admission in that particular institute. Only those who qualify in this examination will be provided with admission. Each state has its respective polytechnic entrance exams. A few of those are listed below.
1. Telangana State Polytechnic Common Entrance Test (TS POLYCET)
2. Andhra Pradesh Polytechnic Common Entrance Test (POLYCET)
3. Polytechnic Entrance Competitive Examination (PECE)
4. Delhi CET Polytechnic Entrance Test 2021
5. Maharashtra Polytechnic Entrance Test MHT CET
