Some of the ways which may help you to find job as fresher:
- Off-campus Hiring Drive: Some major companies often hold off-campus drives to select for the positions to be filled by them. But the chances of selection is very low as due to increased bureaucracy in the process.
- Recruitment Portals: There are several ways portals like Naukri, shine,etc where one may upload their resume and hope that the recruiters of the company notice them.

Assessment Exams: Their are aptitude assessment
exams held to evaluate candidates and some companies use these scores to
shortlist. Getting a high score is no assurance for hiring itself.
