CBSE do not declare any State rank of candidates in JEE exams. Ranks are decided for All India level only.like AIR 1 , AIR 2 ie All India rank 1 and 2. Admissions in NIT's, IIIT's and other state government colleges are given on basis of All India Rank only.

It is not available officially so that we can know the State rank through JEE MAIN 2018. So just keep your fingers crossed till the counselling procedure ends.
