Hi Hemanth,
After the results are out and before counselling starts, JEE issues the list on its official website of top 20 percentile that will be allowed to be the part of counselling. You can get top 20 percentile for your board there.
You have to consider the category wise top 20 per cent.

Sir I am not belonging to any state or CBSE board I belong to my PUC board conducted by my university
