For this purpose, you need to keep checking the official website for NEET examination. The provisional seat allotment list is about to come soon and it will help you with it. https://medicalcounseling.nic.in/UGCounselling refer to this link.
Also, along with this, the communication is also through text message or email. They inform you for the same through these sources as well.
