These are the few key points to maintain consistency in studies,
Plan when you're going to study.
Study at the same time.
Don't attempt to cram all your studying into one session.
Each study time should have a specific goal.
Never procrastinate your planned study session.
Start with the most difficult subject first.
Use study groups effectively.
Always review your notes before starting next.
Make sure you are not getting distracted during your studies. This is the main thing you have to concentrate more.
Practice mediation which helps to control your self and also you can avoid your distraction and concentrate on your studies.

Here are some tips that you could try to help you in maintaining consistent studies:
If you are studying for national level competitions like JEE or NEET then you are aware that you wouldn’t even be able to cover syllabus if you do not devote 6-7hrs of self-study. Make sure you make a subject wise time table and stick to it. Add proper breaks to relieve your mind which shouldn’t be longer than 10 minutes.
Allot dates, chapter wise, for each subject. Allot time for
Text readings.
Solving problems.
Revision.
FINAL REVISION.
Leave an evening off every 3 days.
Not only is it important that you plan when you're going to study, it's important you create a consistent, daily study routine. This will also train your mind to be active for those hours. For example, if you know that you have an exam in morning session i.e. 9am – 12pm then try to make it your prime-time study.
