Hello student start your day with positive vibes do some meditation and yoga. Don't use mobile phone in morning hours unless it's important. After doing some meditation /yoga eat something healthy (not oily).
And then start with your studies prefer the subjects in which you're good so that will motivate you to study and then schedule your day as per your need for example - make a to do list what you want to study today which chapter and topic you want to cover from which subject. Make sure you complete your target by end of the day.
Don't make big target that'll not help you start with small small daily targets and gradually increase them once you start achieving your target.
Prefer NCERT to build your basic concepts and make sure you solve each and every example and exercise question of NCERT before jumping to any reference books.
After completing NCERT you can refer some practice books as mentioned below -
You can find lot of motivational quotes on Google, but one of my favorite I would like to mention is - "Life's like a boxing match, defeat is declared not when you fall but when you refuse to stand again"
Feel free to comment if you've any doubt
Good luck
