Hi aspirant,

Following below are the steps mentioning how you can create a Google form :

  • Visit the website forms.google.com (//forms.google.com)
  • Click the plus icon to create a new form.
  • Now add the question which you want to ask in the form
  • You can select the type of response that you want from the user which can be either in form of multiple choice or short anther type.
  • Go to settings and configure the options you want to do from the available list.
  • You can add images, youtube videos, or drive links in your form by using this option.
  • Click on send icon at the top right corner to send it two different people and get responses.
  • You can see their responses in the same form in a different column called Responses
