Hope you are doing great ! See, no one can tell you this thing ,this is the thing which can be answered by you only ,we don't know the work you do daily neither your sleep time nor studying time as well as college time ,but i beleive that if you have confidence in yourself and are sure about cracking the exam them yes you can do it easily .
You just need to make your timetable before a day . Try to avoid college friends as they distract you and call for party , birthday etc. Also keep out yourself from these things like relationship. This is the time for study however ,you should talk to your teachers and parents as it reduces your stress level . Try to avoid going to college ,try to go 3 days in a week ,leave social media platforms . Do yoga and exercise daily that is i think most important.
