how to manage time of coachings which uh have from 6:00 to 11:00 am and ipmat study at the same time during 11 grade ,how to get motivated after comeback from coching at 11 I just feel exhausted at that time and have no motivation for study then uh thought of sleep and ur whole day ruin due to it
