Hello student cut off vary every year on the basis of numbers of applicants and level of questions so it's tough to predict it.
Genrally for Genral candidates the cut off range is around above 80 percentile.
I request you to please help me with your category so that I can provide you previous year cut offs accordingly.
Las year the cut offs are as follows category wise:-
Genral - 89.75
Genral EWS - 78.21
OBC NCL - 74.31
Sc-54.01
St-44.33
Pwd - 0.11
If you're asking about eligibility pass percentage for jee main. Then candidates need minimum 75 %in their class 12 to get admission in any of the NIT's IIITS AND IITS.

Feel free to comment if you have any doubt
Good luck
