Economics Honours is one of those programme. B.A Economic honours is the three year undergradutae degree course with a aim to study or learn deep about the theoritical and statistical aspects of economics. A graduate in Economic honours get a oppurtunity to receive a good job as financial analyst, acccount executive, finance manager etc. Guru Govind Singh Indrapratha University recently released its application forms for getting admission on this course through a entrance exam CET 2019 by the course code BAECO. The last date to fill an application form is 29 April, 2019 and the exam will be held on june2, 2019. The result of CET 2019 is likely to be announced on june 10,2019 and the shortlisted candidates are called for the counselling. The eligibility criteria for this course is a candidate ahve to passed 10+2 examination from the recognized board with a minimum percentage of 50% marks. A candidate who is appearing for 10+2 examination can also apply for this course. A candidate must make that he/she fulllfill the eligibility criteria of securing a marks because this university didn't accept the round off percentage. The application form is available on the university website and a candidate have to carefully filled all the information asked in this form. The exam contains a 150 question witha duration of 150 minutes. There will be a multiple choice questions asked in this exam divided into 3 sections namely general english of 20% weightage, mathematics of 40% weightage and economice & statistics of 40% weightage. After this exam the shortlisted candidate is go through a counselling round. In Ip university after the completion of course the candidate is also called for a campus hiring and many deserving candidates got a job in areputed positions.

Then you are supposed to appear for the entrance exam IPU CET. The entrance for BA Economics will be conducted on 2nd june 2019 from 10:30am to 1:00 pm

The basic eligibility for this course is that you ust have qualified class 12th with a minimum 50% aggregate and English and Maths must be a compulsory subject.
The entrance test would comprise of questions from general english, Economics and statistics, and maths.
