Hi Pragnesh,
Well as far as passing the exam is concerned it completely depends on your hard work, whether you are able to pass each level of CFA within the stipulated time with a single attempt.
CFA vs CA
- CFA stands for Chartered Financial Analyst an is ideal for someone who wishes to land up in the areas of investment banking and portfolio management while CA stands for Chartered Accountant which is ideal for a career in the field of Audit and Taxation.
- To become a CFA one needs to clear it's 3 levels and to become a CA on needs to clear three exams which are CPT, IPCC (2 groups) and Final (2 groups).
- To be eligible for CFA level 1 one needs to be in the final year of graduation and to be eligible for CA (CPT) one needs to pass the 12th exam in any stream.
- The cost of the CFA course is too much as compared to the cost of CA course.
