All the best!
See divide the syllabus into easy, difficult and very difficult topics. Now start with easy and very difficult. Easy needs just revision and very difficult a good indepth studying. You have already done the syllabus its just rebrushing it well.
Start with a strict regime and maintain it for these four months without distractions. Test yourself on all questions in each topic once the chapter or topic is done. See that a major portion is done by November end and then start with sample papers. Do one, analyse where you went wrong, revise. Do as many papers as you can.
And Dont let self doubts crop in, keep yourself motivated because the journey wont be easy and you have to be extremely dedicated to do well.
