.First of all you should prefer NCERT for revisionFirst
take good command on organic chemistry.
I would like to mention some of the chapters:-
Class 11: Equilibrium,thermodynamics,p-block,s-block elements,general organic chemistry.
Class 12 : solutions, electrochemistry,surface chemistry,chemical kinetics,S and P block elements,polymer,biomolecules,alcohol,phenols and ether,amines and haloalkane and haloarenes.
These chapters must be prepared to ensure 120+ in chemistry and for sure!
Practice MCQS on daily basis
Correct your mistakes
Maintain your health
Give mock test in between to assess yourself

In order to prepare for chemistry for NEET exam make sure your concepts are clear and you build strong fundamentals.
To make your base strong you can take help of NCERT books. Solve all the exercises which are given at the end of the chapters. You can also take help of NCERT exemplar.
You can make your time-table as well it wil help you to complete your syllabus on time and you can get proper time for revision. Set your time-table based on your strength and weakness.
Focus on the topics which carries more weightage in the exam.
Mole concept, General organic chemistry, Periodic table, Chemical bonding, Coordination chemistry are some of the important topics.
Refer previous year papers to understand the level of the questions asked in the exam and solve MCQs for your practice.
