Hello Aviral,
First of all, Congratulations for clearing JEE main.
Jee advance is probably the most prestigious exam of India, as it provides admission to the most elite institutes of the country i.e. the IITs. Therefore, the exam is actually tough as compared to all the Indian exams, and even maintains its position among the world's toughest exams. But the prize is worth all the hard work you put in.
Jee advance being a highly competitive exam, focuses on your logical, reasoning and practical approaches towards real life problems, you have to be highly practical, as well as thorough with the formulas.
The best way to prepare for the JEE advance is the first to identify the complete syllabus. There are several topics that are excluded from the syllabus of JEE advanced when compared with that of JEE main, these include topics such as mathematical reasoning, biological chemistry, chemistry in everyday life, etc... you should prepare a check-list and write all the topics that have to be covered.
I recommend you to go through the formulas and concepts, important questions, important derivations, etc on important topics, especially in Physics. They may even give you problems, with their own assumptions, so as to reduce the formula dependency and check your understanding
I also suggest you solve at least 1 question paper(first sample paper and then previous paper) every day. Make sure to analyze it, and rectify the mistakes, if not able to understand, learn the procedure.
Devote your day to PCM, equally as well as question paper solving. The more you solve, the more you learn, this would be the best approach.
Question paper solving is must, that too of JEE advance level. Remember it would be a computer-based test, so practicing on such an environment would help you.
Analyze your mistakes, read the concept associated with it again, and start completing topics, assume you are preparing it for the last time before JEE adv. Try to solve application-based problems, use good books such as I.E. irodov, which are of JEE advance level, and not random books.
You may subscribe to any coaching crash course specifically designed for JEE advance, as it helps to plan your time and course.
