yes it is possible to score more than 180 marks in jee mains within three months by following the above steps
first make a plan so that you will get little bit analysis about your subject you are having and according to your paln start preparing for your ecam
and also try to solve mock tests and minimum 150-200 mcqs daily and also follow the lecture notes given by your lectures

First thing , you should plan well for preparation .
180+ marks means approxi 50 questions you have and we correcty
You no need to fear by seeing someone who doing it for 2 years and you are doing it for only 3months.
There are two ways
1) Take your preparation syllabus go through all topics and try to solve level 3 questions.and take a mock test every day and spend rest of that in rectifying your mistakes.and try to give test on RTPF and spend rest day in rectifying your mistakes .Ready reckoner is very shortened version of jee syllabus
2)sufficent partice of previous papers
Don't forget to revise NCERT paper.
If you are not good at chemistry then you must start with chemistry .

2) Inorganic chemistry : chemical Bonding , co-ordination chemistry S,p,d and f block elements
