Hello Student,

AIIMS is more tough compared to NEET, not to scare you though! You need coaching. Now you wished to go without coaching then you require enough time. You must keep habbit of reading NCERT text books periodically and simultaneously get on with NCERT reference books for NEET Preparations. The chemical equations should be practiced daily corresponding with the theory. Start preparing your own short notes. Even go through the previous years question papers. Physics is a subject that should be an everyday routine. Its little tough for Bio students unless you are keen interested in the subject. Those numericals, derivations and theorems must be on hand. Let me tell you being myself Medical Biologist Maths is very important subject which now-a-days Bio students don't take into consideration. This could be thoroughly managed if you give quality time. Biology textbooks should be read and understand. Preparing self notes and solving question papers will help  you a lot.
