Most important refer Ncert books
Have good conceptual knowledge of every topic
You should focus on important topics first
Quickly revise all topics which are mostly asked
Try to remember all the concepts you learn during day before sleeping at night

In last 3 months you should focus on important chapters of BITSAT. Make sure you clear your basics. Mostly questions in BITSAT are direct. So, you should refer NCERT books for that.
Below are the important topics for BITSAT
Physics – Mechanics (Newton’s Laws, Work and Energy, Rotational Dynamics etc), Thermodynamics , Electrostatics and Electromagnetism.
Mathematics – Integral Calculus, Differential Calculus, Coordinate Geometry and Complex Numbers.
Chemistry - Inorganic Chemistry, Ionic Equilibrium, Chemical Equilibrium.
Solve as many as mock test series for your practice as BITSAT is all about speed. You can also refer previous year papers to know about the exam pattern and level of the questions.

Or bits mai 11 ka jada aata hai to 11 ke mechanism mai jada dhayan do
12 mai to jada hard chapter nhi hai
Or maths mai tum apne anusar padhai kro jaise tumhara koi topic accha hai to uspe jada question atmp kro or uske bad week topic pe jao or week topic mai jitna bhi theorm ho phle use padho or uske sare formulas yad kr lo
And at last jab exam jada pass aa jaye to chemistry pe jada dhayan do kyoki yeh pura yaad krne wala portion hai
