Work on a Time Table : After carefully checking the syllabus of the exam towards creating a perfect timetable which will fit your schedule while leaving enough time to prepare for the examination within the days left.
Devide & Segregate the JEE Main Syllabus: The topics from the Exam syllabus must be divided into easy, tough and very tough so that preparation of the exam is made accordingly.

Hello Siva
Yes, it is possible for one to crack both these tests. Not impossible.
BUT
Certainly not easy!!
I did crack both these tests i.e. JEE advance and AIPMT(without a dropping a year for prep) with two years for coaching. So it is certainly do-able.
But there are few pointers:
Figure out which Subject/ Field Of Study interests you more: Its quite possible that you may be scoring well in one subject but may like the other subject more. But here is a decision for you to make ….which one you should opt for. But do realize the fact that work experience is going to be more practical towards the end of college.
Prepare for one of these tests only!: as people have mentioned earlier , DO NOT sail in two boats, its very risky and exhausting.
Realize your aim : Decide if you just want to clear NEET , or do you want to get into a particular college? or Do you want to get a specific engineering branch in a particular university? or DO you just want a college for ensuring 4–6 of predictable future?
Once decided give it all you got, for you might have the best opportunity at your doorstep.
take caution about the following:
Do Not keep changing your mind about your profession if you have made up your mind about it. going back and forth about this decision is not only time consuming but also mentally exhausting
Since its a decision that will have an impact for significant years in future, give it some time and introspection
if you do not make a decision now, it would be a choice you would have to make 2 years down the line . so save the effort and give one test all you can. it will help you get better options in future
Do keep in mind that if you happen to choose engineering , the branch chosen is as significant as your chosen college. Also there are considerable amount of seats in engineering in India, giving us ‘possible back-up colleges’
Having Biology as 5th subject can be a challenge to most in this case. this subject does require time and effort . This time and effort if channelized into engg. prep may help you secure better ranks
If medical is chosen , there is no branch to choose.Just the college matters( if at all). the Seats is limited here and fall-back options are not very attractive.
Having Maths as a subject does help students in physics but strengthening their calculation bit.
After all the pondering , if you still have bio and maths and hence decide to give both of these a shot, then do bear in mind that Physics and Chemistry are the overlapping subjects. Strengthen them. That would help in both the tests.

Hey there
JEE mains and neet both are among the toughest exams of India and so if you want to prepare for both at the same time you must be very good at both maths and biology. As many students give the exams and few gets selected so you can imagine the toughness and yes it is not impossible to crack both as recently a girl has cracked almost all exmas like mains, advanced, neet etc. As you have very short time of 1 year I will suggest to prepare for the one in which you have your passion do not get misguided. Still if you want to crack both the exams then complete understanding of NCERT is the key.
Good luck
First of all, since your goal is an ambitious one and you dont want to lose any opportunity, be prepared for extra hard work in the coming two years.
Do you know whats the best part or rather the advantage youll have in this situation? Physics and Chemistry are common in both exams and preparing for one more extra subject than others i.e. 4 instead of 3 is all you have to do.
Take my advice and join a good JEE coaching class since the level of physics and chemistry is harder in JEE than in the medical entrance exam. So, if you are prepared well for JEE, you will score well in at least two sections of medical entrance exams i.e. physics and chemistry.
The level of difficulty is always high for Mathematics in JEE. Every year, it is evident from its cut-offs, which is the lowest compared to physics and chemistry. Similarly, preparing for Biology requires an altogether different approach with lot of mugging up. Read more about the how to prepare for JEEhere.
Be clear about which subject you like studying more: mathematics or biology. If it is mathematics, then your strategy should be such that you are able to clear at least JEE if not medical and vice versa. You can allot a fixed number of hours to Biology daily in the morning (remember you have to work extra hard) since you cannot leave any subject for too long or you will lose touch.
Give some mock tests of both the exams and get yourself acquainted with the pattern of JEE & AIIMS/NEET.
Some Additional Tips & Tricks
Make Lists:Students should make a list of all the topics of JEE and medical entrance exam separately. Making this list will help in alleviating fear regarding the scope of concepts that have to be understood and learned.
Tackle Challenges:Studying the vast syllabus of both the exams can be really challenging. The solution to this problem lies in confronting the challenge by making weekly plans and assessing performance regularly. This way, students will know where they stand for each exam and can focus on improving their preparation accordingly.
Stay in the Pink of Health:Rather than getting panicky and fidgety, you must take short breaks while studying to rejuvenate yourself. You can go for a walk, listen to music or watch movies. Neglecting sleep when exams come closer can cause extreme harm to health. Besides this, starting the day with little exercise and a nutritious breakfast will not only augment concentration levels but also provide the required energy for studying.
If in the first attempt i.e. just after12th, you succeed in any one exam, then its great. But if you dont, then at least you will be able to decide which career path to choose. You can accordingly prepare only for that exam the next year, or if you feel confident enough, you can go for both but think it out well.
The aspirants of both medical and engineering entrance exams should not forget that simultaneous preparation for JEE and the medical exam is not a childs play. A little deviation from the goal might lead to poor results. Hence, it is important to be proactive with the preparation and be adept at multi-tasking so that you can concentrate on both the exams properly.
Lastly, students need to believe in themselves. A Can Do attitude cultivates self-motivation, which in turn aids tremendously in systematic preparation
