The joint entrance exam(AME) is conducted to get an entri in top AME institute approved by DGCA, AICTE ,DTE and and ministry of civil aviation government of india. It is based on degree program.
To prepare for jee AME aircraft exam you must possess certain criteria.
- Must be appearing or passed 10+2 with physics and mathematics as compulsory subjects
- Must possess equivalent AICTE approved 3 year diploma in engineering from central and state government.
- Can apply for the JEE AME entrance test for 3 years.
- During the time of admission, age must not be less than 16 years.
Exam will be conducted in offline mode. Time duration will be of 2 hours. Test will be conducted of 5 subject- physics, chemistry, mathematics, english and general awareness.

The Joint Entrance Examination Aircraft Maintenance Engineering and Aeronautical Maintenance Engineering is a National level exam that is conducted for the students to get admission in top AME institutes approved by DGCA, AICTE, DTE, and Ministry of civil aviation government of India. The exam is conducted in English and Hindi. A candidate can apply thrice for this exam.
The eligibility criteria include,
- The candidate must either be appearing for 10+2 exam or passed his/ her 10+2 exam with physics and mathematics as compulsory subjects.
- Candidates with 3-year diploma degree from AICTE approved institutes are also eligible to apply.
- Candidate must be above 16 years of age.
The exam is an offline type (pen and paper-based) with a duration of 2 hours. The exam will be based on the following subjects,
- Physics,
- Chemistry,
- Maths,
- English, and
- General Awareness.
For candidates appearing for 12th and pass-out, the question paper pattern will be,
- Physics, Chemistry, general awareness, and maths 15 questions each (mcq)
- English 15 question
For diploma holders, the question paper pattern will be as follows,

The exam will be conducted for 360 marks. With each correct answer given +4 marks and a wrong answer will cost you -1 mark.
