Hello sir I am a dropper for NEET 2019....which books should I prefer?
hi rakshita, you still have plenty of time and if you work smart, you can really score well easily, i will tell you how to prepare
Physics and chemistry- physics is considered one of the toughest subject for medical aspirants, but very interesting. choose any good book of your convinience, there are plenty of good books as many mentioned already. read the concepts thoroughly, understand them cover to cover, if you have doubts, clear them then and there. solve atleast 300 to 500 questions per chapter, check ,analyse and rectify your mistakes. solve again. the more you solve the merrier.initially you wont be getting many correct answers, but as you keep on doing am sure you will see your score rising. solve previous question papers too
Biology- in neet around 300 marks are from ncert text book itself, thats how it was when i gave my exam, so u need to thorough ncert first and then read any good book of your choice and solve as many questions as you can, always stay calm , cool and confident, hope this helps good luck buddy
Make your own timetable.Practise from mtg or arihant monthly magazines.Practice last 20 years question paper before going to appear NEET 2019.You will surely succeed.
Second step is to devise a Time table for self preparation...
And you have to also note these points
1. Don't go for many BOOKS - GO NCERT +ONE REFERENCE BOOK, your target is neet not phd
2. Practice MCQS daily
3. Correct your mistakes and improve upon yourself
4. Maintain your health
5. Good study group helps for motivation
6. Be positive, dedicated and do your hard work... You will get what you are preparing for
Hopefully it helps

Focus determine and hard work are the keys for your success
I would recommend that read NCERT books not just read have good and thorough read and grip over it
Apart from them follow any mcq books
Their are no. Of books in books store go for any of it
As 90% have same course same question
If you good grip crystal clear concepts then 10% you can do easily and pass this exam with flying colours
Hope this help
All the best
Study the concepts in depth, don't read superficially.
Try to clock 100 hours a week.
Maintain your health
Sleep is crucial, else you'll get exhausted before time.
Form a study group, discuss with friends
Stay motivated.
No pain no gain, you won't get this opportunity again. Make the most of it.
Donot waste time, invest time.
Revisions are the most important
It is said that hand written notes are well remembered than printed material, make your own notes, keep reading it again and again.
The best books you can refer to are the NCERT,
For biology, refer the following.
1) Trueman's Biology vol 1 and vol 2
2) Dinesh- Objective biology
3) Pradeep publication Biology
4) GRB'S Publication Biology.
For Physics refer to he following books.
1) H.C.Verma - Concepts of Physics.
2) D.C Pandey - Objective Physics.
3) Fundamentals of physics by Walker
4) Problems in Physics by I.E.Irodov
For chemistry you can refer the following books
1) O.P Tandon - Physical Chemistry
2) Morrison and Boyd - Organic Chemistry
3) Modern ABC's of chemistry
4) J.D.Lee Inorganic chemistry
5) Dinesh
Ncerts are mandatory to have, refer the rest of the books and find out which one suits you. I would advice you not to buy all the books but to refer them and see which one is better for you.
In the end it doesn't depend upon which book is better but how good can you understand the concepts
Also, for the general knowledge subscribe magazines, they will be useful.
Hope this helps.
Goodluck!
