In my view, preparing Physical Chemistry is lot more easier than other topics in Chemistry.
For JEE Main exam or Boards, NCERT Text Book is of utmost importance for Physical part. You have to read the whole text and remember the definitions and concepts. Go through the textual exercises.
Then, you need to refer previous questions to answer 'state the reason' type questions. Numericals from these are easy to solve. So, make a note of formulas and practice previous papers.
